When I first visited the town of Todmorden in West Yorkshire, as I walked through the town, I came across this building with rusty metal stairs. There weren't any broken windows or flowers on the land in front - that's just artistic license! However, I was drawn to what seemed like a quiet, overlooked moment of urban decay and resilience.
